Re-registration form for current WIS students 2024 - 2025 School Year

If you already have a child or children enrolled at WIS and wish to re-enroll them for the 2024-2025 school year, please complete this form no later than Friday 10th of May 2024.

Method of payment

OPTION 1: Re-registration We wish to re-register our child(ren) and agree to the conditions as set out in the fee structure for 2024 – 2025. In accordance with the WIS Payment Schedule I/ we will pay the school fees in the following manner:

1A Payment one time in full by the first day of the school year.

1B Payment in three installments.

1C Payment in nine monthly installments.

OPTION 3 NOTE: If you have selected Option 3 (above) please contact Carol Heimstadt at cheimstadt@wis.edu.na to clarify the situation. The school will make every attempt to be accommodating when families are uncertain about their future, but it is essential that we are kept fully informed.

No re-registrations will be processed until outstanding fees are settled in full.
One re-registration form is required per family (not for individual children). This Form is for current students only. New applicants should submit an Application Form.
Interest at 10% will be charged on overdue accounts.

Fee Structure for 2024 - 2025 and Payment Option: Details are available on the school website. Copies may also be obtained from the School Office. Please find the links to the Fee Structure and Payment Schedule.

Late re-registration fee: A late re-registration fee of N$750 per family will be charged for forms received after the 10th of May. Timely submission of this form helps the school plan next year’s timetable, class lists, new admissions, and budget. Failure to submit a re-registration form may result in the loss of a place for your child in August. Re-registration of a student remains at the sole discretion of the school.
